Marketing and Communications Manager

As we are expanding our business, we are now looking for Marketing and Communications Manager.

Being the one appointed for the position you’ll be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing and communications strategies of the company. You will drive comprehensive marketing campaigns and organize marketing activations to support our digital health solutions (telehealth, telemonitoring and remote care) as well as our customer centered, service-based programs and integrated care offerings.

This role will suit you best if you are an open-minded person, passionate to position new technologies in healthcare sector, possess strong experience in developing long and short-term marketing strategies and have the passion for innovations and thirst for digital technologies and communication.

What you’ll do?

• Be fully responsible for development, coordination, and execution of marketing strategy of the company and targeted marketing and communication campaigns for specific products and services

• Manage go-to-market marketing activities related to new feature/product launches for customers, patients, healthcare organizations, projects, and programs

• Execute marketing strategy that drive demand and maximizes the revenue opportunity

• Manage A&P budget and measure marketing effectiveness

• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns

• Manage website and social media channels

• Work with creative agencies

• Market Monitoring & Analytics

• Demonstrate knowledge of the marketplace and portfolio of customers, catch market trends and other developments in the specific area

• Initiative for new business offerings and commercial innovations

• Build Company and brand awareness

• Coordinate marketing strategies with the Management team and related departments

• Promote our homecare services and telemonitoring technologies to target audiences and partners

• Collaborate with the whole team to identify internal and external customer needs

• Track and understand regulations and legislation in the sphere

Who are we looking for?

The suitable candidate has:

• Hands-on experience as a marketing manager, preferably in Pharma and Healthcare sector

• Medical marketing experience will be treated as an advantage

• Track-record of implementing and executing (omnichannel) marketing campaigns

• Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management

• Solid experience in development of strategic and tactical marketing plans

• Proven successful track record in leading marketing projects incl. new product launches and commercialization of services

• Experienced in working with 3rd party agencies: media, research, promotion, and advertising agencies

• Carrying out consumer and market research

• Innovator with creative vision, energy, and passion

• Strategic thinking with hands-on mentality, develops and champions new ideas, challenges the status quo

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

• Resilience to work effectively in a fast-changing environment

• Fluent English

• University degree in a relevant subject

• Active driver (Cat.B)

Key Account Manager - Hospital Market

As we are expanding our business, we are now looking for Key Account Manager, to build and oversee the relationships of the company with our clients.

The best candidate will not only build strong relationships with customers, but will be passionate to explore, create and fulfill new possibilities, partnerships, and strategic solutions. Track record in working with hospitals, key opinion leaders and specialist will be an advantage. You will be able to identify the needs and requirements to promote our company’s products and services and achieve mutual satisfaction. • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients

• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams

• Presenting our products and services to potential and established clients

• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

• Communicating and collaborating with management, marketing, sales, and logistics functions to ensure that key clients’ needs are met

• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts

• Understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions

• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

Key Account Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field

• Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in the pharmaceutical industry and managing relationships with key customers and hospitals

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software

• The ability to build rapport with key clients

• The ability to handle multiple client accounts

• Strong negotiation and leadership skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Посещава медицински специалисти от извънболничната помощ в поверения регион

• Сегментира, поддържа и актуализира клиентската база данни

• Активно търси бизнес възможности за развитие и разширяване на клиентската база

• Предлага стратегии за увеличаване на продажбите в поверения географски район

• Промотира продуктите на компанията, чрез ежедневна работа с медицинските специалисти

• Организира срещи, презентации, демонстрации, продуктови обучения и кръгли маси, както и участва в специализирани мероприятия - национални или регионални медицински форуми, конгреси/конференции и симпозиуми

• Изпълнява заложените регионални цели за продажби на продукти, услуги и програми

• Изготвя оферти, води преговори, препоръчва специфични /индивидуални програми и активности

• Имплементира планираните маркетингови активности за продуктите/услугите пред медицинските специалисти

• Координира с регионалните представители от другите направления на компанията – съдейства/партнира по съвместни програми

• Проучва и следи развитието на пазара на регионално ниво и мониторира конкурентните

• Събира и обработва обратната информация от клиентите с цел определяне нивото на удовлетвореност

• Изготвя регулярни отчети за извършените посещения и изпълнението спрямо поставените цели, както и др. отчети свързани с дейността

Очаквания към кандидатите:

• Образование в сферата на Медицина, Фармация, Биотехнологии, Химия би било предимство

• Минимум 1 година опит в продажбите във фармацевтичния бранш

• Много добри комуникационни умения и умения да изгражда отношения с клиенти

• Компютърна грамотност

• Отлични презентационни умения

• Целеустремен, проактивен подход и инициативност

• Умения за водене на преговори, проследяване и развитие;

• Приоритизиране и ефективно самоуправление на времето;

• Компютърни умения - MS Office

• Шофьорска книжка - категория „В” /активен шофьор/

• Владеене на английски език би било предимство
